Joining him on the night will be Kenny Pilgrim Aka The Kriminal K one of the Irelands most famous Mc’s from the Bassbin D&B Crew and The Greedy Pig Dj’s the masterminds behind one of Dublin most respected blogs of the same name.. Expect Large doses of classic hip hop, Disco, House, Funk and all that good stuff…

HOUSE / GARAGE / HIP HOP / BASS / TROPICAL ~ Off The Record returns to present a strictly vinyl set from innovative British beatmaker Paul White whose been working alongside Danny Brown since his breakthrough in 2011 & more recently with rising star Charlie XCX. As well as Paul catch NTS resident Orsii backed up by crate diggers Bensamba & Ray Juss!

5TH ANNUAL BERMUDA DAY CELEBRATION

SOUL / R&B / REGGAE / HIP HOP & ROOTS ~ One of the biggest dates on the Lockside calender, every year we work tirelessly to make Bermuda Day a very special day for one & all! This celebration of Bermuda’s many talents has grown & in 2012 the event was an unbelievable success with approximately 2,000 people attending! It also saw the event take on a main stage in the West Yard for the Bermudian talent to showcase their art, plus market stalls & a family area. This is set to be another great day to come together, party & enjoy some island flavours as we send Bermudian vibes across Camden Lock & sample a taste of Bermuda & hopefully plenty of Bermudian sunshine!!!

NU DISCO / TECH & DEEP HOUSE / ELECTRONIC~ For our ‘Canal Electronic’ session we have secured the services of Seb Rumore, one of the hottest radio producers in the underground scene at the moment, who has throughout the recent year been tearing up the airwaves with his show Afterlife. Expect a selection of the most contemporary tracks that are guaranteed to get your feet on dancing mode!
Supporting him will be DEFINITION head honcho Montana Cruz and the supreme Sacha Schwarz.

The line up on our ‘Canal Electronic’ session takes into consideration the quality and depth presently existent in a variety of electronic music genres and sub-categories. Focusing on the brilliance and excellence of nu disco, tech and deep house but always finding time and space for introducing new and pioneering sounds… and as far as vibes are concerned…we are a warm atmosphere party consisting of a friendly-attitude crowd.

So there you have it. Definition is returning at Lockside and we’re going to party just the way we like to with a superb night of musical entertainment featuring only the freshest, sexiest and downright fiercest music around.
